Sentinel is Omega's employee time tracking product for companies interested in optimizing the utilization of their human resources.

With Sentinel you can build an effective time and cost tracking system for your company's employees deployed across several projects and departments. It turns ordinary employees into effective and easily manageable teams, provides instant connections between team members and provides an intuitive web-interface.

Sentinel allows individual employees to enter the number of hours they spend each day against specific tasks (e.g. project A, project B, training, vacation, etc). It also allows managers to use a friendly graphical interface to query the time usage data stored in the database in order to generate reports showing how their employees are spending their time. Based on these reports, management can make policy changes that maximize employee productivity.
